HOW TO GET A PIECE FROM ME ♥

A few times a month I offer small collections of jewelry on my website. Multiple announcements are made exclusively on my instagram, stories and posts with savable reminders. These items are always MTO (made to order) which means it will be completed in the purchasers chosen size unless otherwise stated . I am not accepting custom work at this time.

BOLTS— Every couple weeks I offer multiple spots for bolt jewelry (rings pendants and O-Ring necklaces). I post announcements throughout my stories and posts with times and dates they will be available. This allows time for you to be prepared and ready when they become available and will be available via DM ONLY.

ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS/INQUIRIES about website orders MUST go through my email, NOT DM! DMs can go unanswered for various amounts of time. Best way to get your important questions answered is emailing. KNIMEN@yahoo.com, thank you so much for understanding.

All MTO items will be completed and shipped in 4 weeks (unless otherwise stated). IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WAITING THE ENTIRE PROJECTED TIME I strongly urge you to hold off on ordering with me. You will be sent an email from Squarespace or PayPal when your purchased item has shipped with tracking info please do not email/message unless it is past your 4 week specified date. This timeline starts when you give me your size. All ring sizes for purchase must be given within 2 weeks of purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Invoices sent via PayPal are due upon receipt. The only way to guarantee getting the stone you want is with payment. I do not offer holds under any circumstances. All items are first come first served. Once orders are placed via website or DM there is no swapping or switching items so please be certain prior to making purchases.

RUDE OR DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR/ACTIONS/SPEECH ARE NOT TOLERATED HERE!! You will be blocked and denied work if I feel you have acted in any of those ways towards me and my business.

I am only human and one human behind this business. Sometimes I make mistakes. If you have issues, reach out to me so I can rectify them. Communication is extremely important to me here so please respond when I have questions, requests or concerns. Habitual ghosts will be deprioritized.

If you have placed an order and picked the wrong size, I will only honor changes made within 2 business days of your purchase. IF YOU NEED TO MAKE THESE CHANGES EMAIL ME!! I cannot guarantee DMs will be received and opened within the 2 days or honored. EMAIL FOR THIS REQUEST IS REQUIRED.

Package insurance is available upon request!! All items are shipped via USPS. Packages are not insured unless specified. ONCE A PACKAGE IS SCANNED IN BY THE USPS IT IS OUT OF MY HANDS! I will not be held responsible for lost packages or incorrect/incomplete shipping address given resulting in lost mail. If you request insurance please email me after your purchase has been made and I will send an invoice for the insurance cost. Its generally $5 depending on the pieces value.

Returned packages! If your package is returned to me due to an insufficient address I will not be held responsible for the returned shipping costs. If your package gets sent back to me I will reach out to you to get the proper address and you will be asked to cover the second shipping amount. No returns will be given due to this reason.

CANCELLATION OR REFUND POLICY

I do not offer refunds - if you request a refund you will be refunded but unable to make future purchases from this page. I am a small one person ran business and when you’re making a purchase it is a binding agreement. If you are unsure about a product in any way please reach out to me prior to purchasing so I can answer questions/concerns to avoid you getting something you may not want or like. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Do you offer wholesale?

-No wholesale at this time

Do you offer custom work?

-I am not offering customs at this time. (Subject to change) my Instagram bio is always up to date with this info.

How do I find out my size?

-There are a couple options to find out your size. There are very cheap sizers available online to purchase, you can go to a local jewelry store and ask them to size you, there are phone apps where you can place one of your existing rings on the screen of your phone to find size. Please know this info when purchasing as I do not resize.

Do you offer resizing?

-No resizing at this time.

How do I care for my jewelry?

-To maintain the quality of your jewelry, avoid wearing it during bathing , swimming , using harsh chemicals or other tasks that could damage the stone (dropping, bumping, mishandling, etc.) or silver. Pieces should be stored in individual, airtight bags to prevent oxidation. To clean your jewelry, clean with mild, soapy water & polish with a soft jewelry polishing cloth. (I recommend sunshine polishing cloths')

Do you accept returns?

-On a case by case basis. Please contact me ASAP if you are not happy with your item for any reason and I would be happy to discuss it. This is only considered within 7 days of your items delivery. No exceptions.
